Onsite Full-time Senior

Lead end-to-end creative processes for campaigns and brand systems, ensuring high-impact execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative efforts with growth and brand goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end creative: Own ideation, art direction, and hands-on design for campaigns, brand systems, product marketing, events, merch, and OOH
  • Define and scale the visual language: Establish guidelines, templates, and QA to ensure consistency and efficiency across all touchpoints
  • Build in-house capability: Transition work from agencies, improve workflows, and create repeatable processes that lift quality and speed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with marketing, product, and leadership to align creative with growth and brand goals

Requirements

  • Experience leading brand and campaign work end-to-end at agencies or high-growth brands
  • Strong command of Adobe CC and Figma
  • Proven track record owning the idea and turning concepts into scalable systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Bonus: Experience in fintech and/or advertising; familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows
