Intermediate Product Designer

As an Intermediate Product Designer, you will solve complex design problems through simple and beautiful design while advocating for great user experience across all teams. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to create high fidelity designs and prototypes for new projects.
Responsibilities
- Solve complex design problems through simple, beautiful design
- Advocate for great user experience across all teams (member, employer, integrations)
- Share and iterate on designs based on customer interviews, peer feedback and UX research insights
- Be involved in all aspects of product development, working closely with product managers, designers, and developers on feature sets spanning across our product shelf
- Create high fidelity designs and prototypes for new projects
- Contribute to our design system while leveraging existing standards for product consistency
Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on experience in Product Design and/or Design Strategy.
- Strong experience designing cross-platform (Responsive Web, iOS, Android) digital products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking across solutions and platforms.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional, agile environments.
- Exposure to the healthcare industry (preferred, but not required)
