As a Senior Product Designer, you will design tools and features for instructors, empowering them to share their expertise. You will collaborate with a team to gather insights, facilitate ideation, and iterate on design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Seek out qualitative and quantitative insights to inspire and validate design decisions.
- Partner closely with PMs, engineers, and leadership to identify opportunities and shape solutions.
- Facilitate creative ideation through workshops and co-design sessions.
- Own and evolve solutions through iterative design, feedback, and user validation.
- Track impact, gather feedback, and refine the experience to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product/UX design experience.
- A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product designâfrom research to polished visuals to shipped products.
- Experience collaborating deeply with PMs, researchers, and engineers.
- A strong toolkit of human-centered design methods and a refined eye for visual design.
- Fluent English communication skills.
