Lead design efforts for the Chili Agents team, owning the end-to-end process from concept to final UI. Provide support to the Concierge-ChiliCal-Handoff Team while tackling complex user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead design efforts for Chili Agents team, owning the end-to-end process from concept to final UI
- Provide full support to Concierge-ChiliCal-Handoff Team
- Tackle complex, enterprise-level challenges and turn them into simple, intuitive user experiences
- Initiate research and discovery efforts in collaboration with Head of Research
- Contribute innovative ideas for product improvements and new features
- Maintain high visual standards by utilizing and expanding Design System
- Define success metrics in collaboration with team and work towards achieving them
- Stay informed about competitors and target personas
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience designing on Figma
- Curious and proactive
- Autonomous and collaborative
- Design expertise in UI, visual design, and prototyping
- Drawn to new technologies, especially AI
