Lead Product Designer

As a Lead Product Designer, you will define the vision for creating a best-in-class AI automation platform and drive product innovation. You will collaborate closely with other designers and cross-functional teams to ensure an optimal end-to-end experience.

Responsibilities

• Taking a systems-oriented approach to define vision for creating a best-in-class AI automation platform
• Driving product innovation focusing on next generation of agentic solutions while continuously improving existing creation and management experience for AI Agents
• Collaborating closely with other designers in space to ensure optimal and consistent end-to-end experience
• Partnering with product & engineering teams to research and develop new AI automation and bot capabilities for customers
• Working across cross-functional teams, partnering with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists on developing designs from ideas to execution
• Designing interaction models, flows, wireframes, and hi-fidelity mockups that promote ease of use and optimize how customers interact with products
• Presenting design solutions to partners and senior executives, defending design decisions, and incorporating feedback into design cycle

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in designing consumer or business SaaS applications (enterprise is a plus)
• Professional experience designing for a product led growth mindset to optimize for adoption
• Prior experience with designing generative AI powered product experiences and AI enhanced workflows
• Ability to operate in a technical environment and help visualize the impact of technical decisions on the global user experience
• Proactive self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and capable of communicating and prototyping design concepts rapidly at all levels of fidelity
• A solid design process and collaboration mindset, as well as the ability to educate product teams on how to best work with designers
• A strong visual portfolio that showcases work, provides details of role on projects, and shows examples of functional designs developed from start to finish
