Staff Product Designer, Investing

As a Staff Product Designer, you will guide projects through the complete product development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen and expand investing products. You will also work closely with other designers to improve craft and maintain high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Guiding projects through the complete product development lifecycle, from initial concept and exploration to final delivery and ongoing iteration
• Collaborating with other designers to improve craft and uphold high bar for quality
• Working closely with cross-functional team on projects that strengthen and expand suite of investing products
• Leveraging rapid iteration and prototyping to move projects forward

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience in a consumer software company
• A portfolio of high-quality work demonstrating high bar for visual and interaction craft
• Experience collaborating with product managers, researchers, and content designers in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to communicate and present ideas clearly
• Reliable self-starter who can steer their work with minimal oversight
• Love designing for the entire product process from strategy to pixel
• Exceptional product thinker who takes a deep interest in understanding business and customer needs
• Deep curiosity and interest in fintech
