Absorb Software is looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience of their learning solutions, focusing on intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling designs.
Responsibilities
- Lead design projects from discovery through delivery, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Bring bold ideas to the table, leveraging cutting-edge tools and innovative methods to deliver value.
- Translate complex workflows into simple, elegant solutions.
- Use AI tools instinctively as part of your standard process.
- Conduct research to validate ideas and iterate based on feedback.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design for complex applications.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
- Experience with design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
