Remote Contract

Design and produce high-quality PowerPoint visuals and graphics for eLearning modules. Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to create engaging visuals that support learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality PowerPoint visuals, infographics, and presentation templates aligned with branding and instructional goals.
  • Develop graphics, layouts, and visual elements for eLearning modules, websites, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Collaborate closely with instructional designers, content developers, and subject matter experts to create visuals that support learning outcomes and online engagement.
  • Create and adapt digital assets (e.g., icons, banners, navigation graphics) optimized for web and LMS display.
  • Ensure design consistency across platforms while adhering to brand, accessibility, and responsive design standards.
  • Edit and optimize existing presentations, eLearning visuals, and digital graphics for improved clarity and impact.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining creativity and quality.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating PowerPoint, eLearning, and web/LMS graphics.
  • Experience working with corporate training, educational technology, or instructional design teams preferred.

Key Skills

  • Proven experience in graphic design for eLearning, web, and presentation materials.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Ability to interpret abstract ideas and instructional content into clear, compelling visuals.
  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise) and LMS platforms (such as Moodle, Canvas, or Cornerstone).
  • Knowledge of web graphics standards, including image optimization and responsive design principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently under deadlines.
