Design and produce visual assets for various campaigns while ensuring alignment with brand standards and project timelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver engaging design solutions across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce visual assets for digital, web, social, and print campaigns.
- Apply principles of layout, color, typography, and composition to deliver clear and engaging visuals.
- Ensure creative work aligns with brand standards, regulatory guidelines, and project timelines.
- Edit and refine design assets based on feedback from senior team members and stakeholders.
- Contribute to web and digital design projects, leveraging tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage internal file organization and asset libraries to maintain easy access and version control.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and delivery teams in a multi-project environment, adapting to changing priorities.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design capabilities.
- Familiarity with Figma, web design tools, PowerPoint, and basic UX/UI principles preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
- Collaborative mindset and adaptability to shifting priorities.
