Design and produce a wide range of materials including ads, brochures, and presentations while ensuring all materials reflect brand standards. Collaborate with the marketing communications team to support firm-wide branding and design initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce a wide range of materials including ads, brochures, presentations, invitations, newsletters, charts, maps, web graphics, and email campaigns.
- Apply layout principles and design expertise to ensure all materials reflect brand standards and visual consistency.
- Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to pre-press requirements.
- Partner with the Design Manager to anticipate and fulfill short- and long-term design needs for the firm.
- Proofread and review all creative outputs for accuracy and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with the marketing communications team and colleagues across departments to support firm-wide branding and design initiatives.
- Assist with the production of electronic communications in partnership with the marketing technology team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design or desktop publishing experience, with emphasis on layout and design, in a corporate/professional services environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative execution across print and digital platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of HTML and WordPress strongly preferred.
- Copywriting experience highly desirable.
- Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently while building collaborative relationships across teams.
