Junior Graphic Designer

The Junior Graphic Designer will concept, design, and produce materials across digital and print platforms, collaborating closely with senior creatives and marketing partners. They will ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and support video content for various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Concept, design, and produce materials across digital and print platforms (ads, social media, video, collateral, presentations, trade show booth designs, company events, and promotional activations, etc.).
• Work closely with senior creatives and marketing partners to develop engaging, on-brand visual concepts.
• Contribute ideas to brainstorms and campaign development.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various media.
• Periodically edit and manage webinar content to ensure consistent formatting and quality across all touchpoints.
• Support video content for brand, social media, and digital platforms (motion graphic skills are a plus).
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the creative team's goals and objectives.

Requirements

• 0–4 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro, After Effects a plus).
• A sharp eye for typography, composition, and color.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and openness to feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree in design or advertising.
• Portfolio website that demonstrates design talent, versatility, and creative thinking.

Key Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro, After Effects a plus).
