The Graphic Designer will assist the Creative and Digital Marketing Team Lead in managing workflow for printed and digital materials while collaborating on marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include print design, digital marketing designs, and managing vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist Creative and Digital Marketing Team Lead in managing workflow for printed and digital materials
- Collaborate with Marketing colleagues on strategic campaigns
- Manage vendor relationships with print advertisers
- Responsible for print design and digital marketing designs
- Develop social media graphics
- Administer company lobby digital sign system
- Administer email marketing system and execution of all email marketing
- Email List Management Quality Control
- Lead coordination efforts for trade shows and community appreciation events
- Provide administrative and graphic support for website
- Serve as one of the company photographers
- Support business line project implementations
- Contribute to a positive working environment
- Greet internal and external customers
- Complete compliance and product program assignments
- Regular and dependable attendance
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing software, and Microsoft Office suite products
- Excellent communication skills
- Videography experience a plus, with knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Knowledgeable in professional studio photography

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Above average oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions within authority
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
