UX/UI Senior Designer

Clivet SpA is looking for a UX/UI Senior Designer to define the future of our physical and digital user interfaces, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure a consistent and amazing brand experience across all products.

Responsibilities

• Define the next future of our physical and digital user interfaces
• Deal with the UX/UI tasks of our team, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Define and apply a new UI design system to our entire HMI portfolio
• Design and prototype user interfaces for HMI, mobile, and web
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on your designs
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in UX/UI design
• Be in charge of the deployment of the visual communication and graphics on our residential products
• Mentoring the young UX designer talents in our team

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Communication Design, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience (6+ years) as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio
• Highly developed visual communication and graphic design skills
• Proficiency with design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Professional experience in a structured and international environment (in Design Consultancy or a Corporate Company)
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Based in Italy and open to travel

Key Skills

• Proficiency with design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Knowledge in Arduino (or other coding software)
