Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end design solutions, ensuring high-quality, responsive product experiences. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to create intuitive experiences that drive business impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design solutions, from research and concept through to delivery and refinement
- Create fully responsive, high-fidelity designs for web and mobile that align with our brand and accessibility standards
- Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, enabling inclusive experiences for all users
- Leverage AI-powered design and prototyping tools to enhance creativity and streamline workflows (Figma, Lovable, Fullstory, etc.)
- Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and continuously improve user flows
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to bring innovative features to market
- Communicate design decisions clearly, advocating for user needs and aligning stakeholders around shared goals
- Contribute to design system evolution, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform
- Champion user empathy, ensuring the voice of the customer is reflected throughout the design process
- Synthesize insights from usability tests, analytics, and customer feedback to drive product improvements
- Stay ahead of emerging design and AI trends, proactively introducing new tools and methods to the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field
- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally within SaaS or B2B environments
- A portfolio showcasing responsive, high-fidelity product design work with measurable impact
- Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies
- Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Passion for AI, emerging technologies, and continuous innovation in design
- Experience with systems design
