Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will drive and implement comprehensive design initiatives from concept to completion while engaging in strategic discussions to influence the product's direction. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to create exceptional interactions for customers.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Design: Drive and implement comprehensive design initiatives from concept to completion
- Shape Product Strategy: Engage in strategic discussions to actively influence the product’s direction
- Empathize: Conduct user research, gather insights, and refine designs based on user feedback
- Define Problems and Goals: Develop clear jobs-to-be-done and problem statements to guide design solutions
- Ideate Solutions: Develop journey maps, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and other assets to illustrate current states and identify improvement opportunities
- Prototype and Enhance: Design, iterate, and deliver enhancements that improve product quality and functionality, building on existing design systems for consistency
- Test and Refine: Perform usability tests and A/B testing with customers to continuously refine the design based on data-driven insights
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, thought process, and product impact
- 3+ Years of working experience in the design field
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields
- Experience with design systems
- Experience designing simple solutions to complex user problems
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively articulating design decisions and strategies to stakeholders at all levels
- Experience designing in a B2B Environment (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of Design Thinking methodology (Preferred)
Key Skills
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively articulating design decisions and strategies to stakeholders at all levels
