Lead user discovery through qualitative research and workshops, utilizing AI-assisted methods. Design multi-platform experiences and collaborate with engineers and product managers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead user discovery: Conduct qualitative research, interviews, and workshops, using AI-assisted methods
- AI-enhanced prototyping: Use AI design tools to ideate, iterate, and test prototypes at speed
- Continuous testing: Efficiently validate solutions with users using AI-enabled testing platforms
- Design multi-platform experiences: Create thoughtful, consistent designs across web, mobile, email, and notifications
- Contribute to our design system: Build and maintain components, integrating AI where possible
- Collaborate deeply: Partner with engineers and product managers to ship high-quality experiences
- Measure & learn: Analyze usage metrics, customer feedback, and AI-generated insights to evaluate impact and drive improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant UX or Product Design experience, ideally with B2B or enterprise SaaS products
- AI-Forward Mindset: You actively embrace generative AI tools in your design process
- Discovery-Driven: You are exceptional at uncovering user needs, framing problems, and validating assumptions
- Prototyping at Speed: You leverage AI to create and refine low- and high-fidelity prototypes quickly
- Collaborative: You thrive in cross-functional settings
- Creative & Analytical: You balance a deep sense of empathy and creativity with data-driven thinking
