Lead Product Designer

As a lead product designer, you will engage in a disciplined design process to create thoughtful experiences that address specific business problems. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure alignment and influence the outcomes of your designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-impact design work across user-facing workflows.
• Simplify complex analytical concepts into intuitive, human-centered search and visualization experiences.
• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and data scientists to shape product requirements.
• Use appropriate levels of fidelity to communicate ideas clearly and drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Create detailed design specifications and documentation.
• Contribute to and expand our internal design system.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying UX gaps and proposing scalable design solutions.

Requirements

• 5-8 yrs of experience in designing enterprise software products.
• Deep experience designing end-user facing enterprise or analytics products.
• A strong point of view on interaction design, information hierarchy, and trust-building patterns in AI and search-driven products.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with engineers and data scientists.
• A portfolio demonstrating elegant, functional design work across complex search, exploration, or analytics workflows.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Growth mindset and desire to work in a fast-paced, ambitious team environment.
