The Senior Product Designer will partner with Product Management and Engineering to define and develop product features, ensuring a seamless user experience. They will explore solutions, critique designs, and contribute to the design system while owning specific areas of the product.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management to define product development lifecycle, identify problems, research competitors, explore solutions, and ship features.
- Partner with Engineering to be responsible for product UI and experience, propose changes, and support customers.
- Be comprehensive in craft, explore solutions, show flows and interactions, consider corner cases, and aim for precision.
- Lead by example, bias toward action, and be self-sufficient yet willing to ask for help.
- Contribute to the Common Room design system for quality, consistency, scalability, and self-service.
- Be agile and flexible as requirements change, invent or re-use patterns and components.
Requirements
- A senior product designer with 5+ years of experience.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS is preferred.
- Clear communicator in writing, in person, and in design.
