As a Product Designer, you will collaborate with Product Managers and UX designers to understand project requirements and user needs. You will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and maintain a design system to enhance user experiences across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Partner deeply with Product Managers and Engineers
- Conduct in-depth user research and run usability tests
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity drafts, and interactive prototypes
- Build and maintain a design system and style guide
- Deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect designs for web and mobile
- Iterate rapidly based on user insights and feedback
- Proactively explore and apply new tools and technologies
- Continuously evolve design practices
Requirements
- Proven Product Designer with a portfolio that sets the industry standard
- Expert-level skills in Figma
- Strong advocate for user-centered design
- Ability to communicate design decisions to both designers and non-designers
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with new tools and technologies, especially AI
- High integrity and full commitment to quality and outcomes
- Growth-oriented, product-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Receptive to feedback and open to diverse perspectives
Key Skills
- Expert-level skills in Figma
