Staff Product Designer, Growth

The Staff Product Designer will embed with the Growth team to define the roadmap and lead design work focused on customer acquisition and conversion. They will own design work for funnel optimization and create personalized customer experiences leveraging AI.
Responsibilities
- Embed with the Growth team; help define the roadmap, vision, and lead design work
- Own the design work for funnel optimization, NUX, and personalization for guided flows
- Leverage AI to create personalized customer experiences
- Design growth systems, experiments, and new product features
- Facilitate workshops that help develop winning ideas
- Distill complex information into simple and beautiful user experiences
- Build strong relationships with interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in UX research, apply insights to designs, and represent the voice of the customer
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional design experience
- 4 years on Growth teams or in ecommerce and merchandising
- Experience with onboarding & merchandising surfaces
- Comfort with iterative experimentation like A/B testing
- Experience with UX research and testing independently
- Deep understanding of best practices and contemporary design patterns
- Nice to have: Experience with B2B companies focusing on SMBs
