Lead the design vision and execution for attracting, onboarding, and activating providers on Headway. Grow the number of active providers by delivering a seamless onboarding experience and empowering growth channels.
Responsibilities
- Own the design vision and execution of the provider acquisition journey
- Collaborate deeply with cross-functional teams - product, engineering, data, operations, GTM - to learn fast, ship often, and deliver meaningful outcomes
- Mentor other designers working on different parts of the onboarding journey
Requirements
- 5 years+ experience as a Product Designer (3+ on a growth-related team)
- Strong visual and interaction design craft
- Excitement for hypothesis-driven iteration, experimentation, and measurable impact
- Ability to translate user insights and business goals into a compelling design vision
- Desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives
