Craft intuitive interfaces for Gensyn’s compute protocol and collaborate with engineering and product teams to design seamless user experiences. Lead user research, design flows and prototypes, and advocate for accessibility and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research to uncover insights and shape user journeys
- Design flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma with component-driven specs
- Run usability testing and iterate quickly based on findings
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure design fidelity and feasibility
- Own and evolve Gensyn’s design system and interaction patterns
- Design web3-specific flows: wallet connection, approvals, signing, deposits
- Advocate for accessibility, clarity, and consistency across all touchpoints
Requirements
- 3+ years of UX or product design experience shipping production web apps
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process
- Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design
- Fluency in Figma (or equivalent tools)
- Clear communication and collaborative mindset
- Comfort working in fast-moving, high-autonomy environments

- Hands-on experience with AI coding and prototyping tools
