Design compelling and conversion-oriented LinkedIn ad creatives for HR and Global Mobility professionals. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to continuously improve ad impact and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Design compelling and conversion-oriented LinkedIn ad creatives for our core audience
- Maintain visual consistency and alignment with WorkFlex brand guidelines
- Deliver new and optimized creatives for ongoing campaigns - often on short timelines
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to continuously improve ad impact and engagement
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience designing paid ads, ideally in a B2B SaaS or similar digital-first environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing LinkedIn ad creatives that drive performance
- Hands-on experience with Figma and Canva Pro
- Solid grasp of conversion-focused design principles
- Understanding of LinkedIn Ads basics
- Ability to adapt fast to brand tone, audience insights, and feedback
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to deliver quality work on tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent English (German is a plus but not required)
