Hybrid Full-time

The Graphic Designer will create a variety of marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, brochures, email campaigns, and social assets. They will ensure that all creative work aligns with the company’s brand identity and visual standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design print and digital property marketing collateral (brochures, signage, emails, and social) using Lincoln-branded templates
  • Create site plans, floor plans, aerials, and maps, and edit photos for property marketing materials
  • Collaborate with internal clients, managers, art directors, and other project participants to understand the assignment, audience, messaging, and layout
  • Review materials, including making edits and appropriate adjustments based on internal and external feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years design experience; corporate in-house experience preferred
  • Any knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus
  • Excellent skills using the core Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot—or equivalent email creator platform—is a plus
  • Well organized, excellent time management and communication skills, attention to detail, and experience delivering multiple creative outputs on tight deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment—both in-person and remote
