Learning Resources is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to create digital and print assets for marketing and brand communications.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver web-ready assets including landing pages, email blasts, digital banners, web ads, eNewsletters, and e-campaign visuals.
  • Assist in the creation of social media graphics that align with brand tone and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with ecommerce and brand teams to develop innovative digital content and solutions.
  • Partner with the product development team to support design needs for new and existing products.
  • Create print-ready materials such as packaging, trade show signage, and advertising collateral.
  • Participate in creative reviews and contribute to brainstorming sessions and concept development.
  • Leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance design workflows, generate concepts, and support visual asset creation.

Requirements

  • Online portfolio showcasing relevant digital and print design work.
  • 1–3 years of digital design experience in a business or agency environment.
  • BA/BS in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of and ability to execute the Learning Resources, Brightkins, and Hunger for Words brand aesthetics.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside designers, marketers, and product developers.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience optimizing images and layouts for web and mobile platforms.
  • Familiarity with responsive design, UX/UI best practices, and cross-platform design principles.
