As a Senior UX Researcher, you'll be part of a UX team focused on enhancing the apps and websites used by customers globally. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to uncover user needs and drive impactful research findings.
Responsibilities
- Working with cross-functional partners to identify and prioritise research needs and opportunities
- Tackling complex problems and working with ambiguity
- Digging deeper to understand the underlying issue and/or goal for our users
- Being an advocate for accessible and inclusive design solutions
- Use your storytelling skills to influence and bring research to life in your presentations and reports
- Mentor and coach less experienced members of the team and support community-building activities
- Develop relationships and act as a strategic partner
- A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to take ownership of the entire research process, from ideation through to playback, with a focus on working collaboratively
Requirements
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong knowledge of different research methods and understanding of when to apply one method over another
- Skilled in turning open and ambiguous research needs into clear and compelling questions, activities & outcomes
- Experience translating research into business impact and bringing insights to life in a clear, concise and compelling way
- Experience in establishing best practices and robust research processes
- Strong knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design, and experience conducting research with people with accessibility needs - or a willingness to learn
- A growth-oriented outlook, with a desire to learn and improve
