Hybrid Full-time Senior

Lead comprehensive user-centric research initiatives to enhance the user experience across digital and physical platforms. Collaborate with various teams to ensure design feasibility and optimize customer interactions with Nespresso products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead User-Centric research: Lead the end-to-end research for digital design processes.
  • Adapt Research Methods: Conduct user-centric studies across digital and physical experiences, adapting techniques to meet specific challenges.
  • Visioning: Utilize your visionary skills to analyze concepts and transform them into detailed and disruptive knowledge to apply in designs that reflect customer emotions.
  • Brand Champion: Enhance brand knowledge through research on positioning, perception, trends, and benchmarks.
  • Comprehensive User Research: Conduct thorough user research to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with product managers and engineers to define requirements and ensure design feasibility, collaborating with developers to translate design concepts into seamless, pixel-perfect code.
  • Enhance Cross-Platform Experience: Develop cohesive design solutions for web and mobile applications to ensure a consistent and user-friendly experience.
  • Facilitate Usability Testing: Organize and conduct qualitative user testing sessions, using feedback and data-driven insights to refine designs and enhance usability through A/B testing.
  • Understand User Journeys: Lead efforts to deeply understand user journeys across various channels.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Provide clear communication and simplify complex information for team members and stakeholders.
  • Create Detailed Reports: Compile comprehensive reports and summaries to communicate research findings effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Research, Research, Service Design, Psychology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a UX researcher, minimum 8 years of experience as UX researcher or service designer with wide research experience.
  • Proficiency in a variety of research methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey research findings to diverse stakeholders clearly.

Key Skills

  • Qualitative research methods and techniques and software research tools (User Testing – Maze ...)
  • Quantitative research experience, designing quantitative research plans, A/B testing and surveys.
