Responsibilities
- Design and execute mixed-methods research across all stages of the product development cycle
- Lead research efforts ranging from broad discovery to focused, evaluative work
- Participate in design sprints, partnering with Product Managers and Designers
- Synthesize and triangulate insights from multiple sources to generate structured recommendations
- Champion research across teams, helping embed a user-centered mindset
Requirements
- 4+ years conducting UX research in product or tech companies, preferably in B2B SaaS environments
- Led research across the full product lifecycle
- Methodologically versatile, comfortable with various research techniques
- Thrive in fast-paced, agile environments
- Understand research operations, including participant recruitment and incentive logistics
