The UX Researcher will proactively identify research opportunities to help product teams reduce uncertainty in their projects. They will participate in both discovery and delivery phases, conducting user research and providing synthesized insights to guide product development.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify research opportunities to reduce uncertainty in problems and solutions
- Participate in discovery and delivery phases
- Plan, design, and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, etc.)
- Analyse user research insights and provide recommendations
- Use behavioural frameworks in research work
- Create user experience artefacts (e.g., CJM)
- Compile research insights in a knowledge base
- Perform secondary research to help teams
- Work as part of a product track, collaborating with other roles
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a UX Researcher in a product-led company
- Experience working as part of the product team
- Experience in planning, designing, conducting, and analysing both qualitative and quantitative research
- Experience in presenting research insights visually (e.g., using CJM or USM)
- Structured approach to problem solving
- Culture fit: ownership, focus, transparency, evidence-based decision approach
- Advanced English level (C1) and Fluent Russian
- Experience with frameworks (JTBD, COMB, BMAT, etc.) is a plus
- Proficient in using LLMs in daily work
