Product Designer (all genders) - AI Product Team

As a Product Designer at eduki, you will lead the design process from research to delivery, ensuring intuitive and human-centered experiences. You will conduct user research and collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape product strategy.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Design Ownership: Lead the entire design process from research and discovery to delivery.
- User Research & Testing: Conduct research and usability testing to understand teacher needs, validate ideas, and translate insights into impactful design solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering to shape product strategy, align priorities, and deliver cohesive product experiences.
- Design System & Scalability: Design within our system to ensure consistency and contribute improvements that make it even stronger.
- UX Experience Design: Craft usable, delightful and innovative experiences that enhance teachers’ daily workflows.
- Teacher Advocacy: Design with empathy and a deep understanding of teachers’ challenges, ensuring their needs guide every decision.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of end-to-end UX — from discovery and research to prototyping, validation, and iteration.
- Strategic, holistic mindset to product design, thinking beyond individual screens to the full user experience.
- Experience turning user research and usability testing into actionable design improvements.
- Solid execution skills in Figma — from wireframes and prototypes to working within and improving design systems.
- Hands-on and independent, able to adapt to a constantly evolving landscape of AI platforms and technology and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Fluent in English. Additional German language skills are a big plus.
