Senior Product Designer (REMOTE)

As a Senior Product Designer for Identity Security Cloud (ISC) at SailPoint, you'll shape the future of our SaaS product by creating innovative user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Contribute directly to SailPoint's design vision by creating innovative user experiences for ISC
• Conceptualize, design, and prototype user interfaces to improve the user experience and overall functionality of ISC
• Collaborate with Product Management, Product Design, and Engineering
• Build relationships with Product Management (PM) and Engineering stakeholders
• Familiarize yourself with specific problem areas
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes
• Collaborate with PM and Engineering to deliver production-ready design work
• Actively participate in the design and development process
• Drive the development and release of features based on design vision
• Shepherd features through the entire development lifecycle
• Define and track key metrics to measure design success against UX goals
• Collaborate with PM to influence design and product strategy
• Design and experiment with new solutions to shape the future of the product area

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product/UX Design
• A compelling portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design
• Extensive experience in collaborative, Agile software development environments
• Passion for high-quality interaction design
• Exceptional judgment in applying user-centered design principles
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal, feedback, and collaboration skills
• Experimental and innovative mindset
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools
• Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with a geographically distributed team
