Sr. UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer, you will shape the PlayStation Partners platform, crafting design solutions from conceptual stages to product releases. You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to enhance the platform for game creators and publishers.
Responsibilities
- Working embedded in a cross-disciplinary product team on both small enhancements and big leaps forward for the PS Partners platform
- Crafting exceptional design solutions, from early conceptual stages through to product releases and updates
- Working closely with developers to rapidly iterate design solutions and bring the best designs into production
- Working closely with product managers to ensure scope and requirements meet user needs
- Share and present your designs with stakeholders and colleagues
- Supporting (and receiving help from) your UX design colleagues
- Contributing to and helping maintain central UX team resources
- Negotiate design-related requirements
- Partner with UX research to gauge the usability of new and existing products
- Determine best design solutions based on user feedback and business goals
Requirements
- 6+ years of commercial experience as a UX/Digital Product Designer
- Proven track record in working through the entire design process
- Strong core UX design skills
- A strong familiarity with web application design patterns, standards, and industry best practices
- Experience working closely with software product teams
- Experience in Service Design
- Experience running User Research Interviews and Usability Tests
- Experience leading Workshops and Group Design Sessions
- Great communication skills
- Excellent soft skills
- A portfolio or presentation showcasing your work and design process
Key Skills
