As a Senior UX Designer, you will shape digital experiences for sports enthusiasts by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your role includes conducting user research and developing design artifacts to enhance user interactions with the brand.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into innovative design solutions
- Conduct in depth user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Develop comprehensive design artifacts such as personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing results
- Design interfaces ensuring every detail contributes to a cohesive and engaging user experience
- Champion design thinking and advocating for the user throughout the product development lifecycle
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the design team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing design process and outcomes
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma
- Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience in ecommerce or retail design is highly desirable
- A genuine passion for sports and an understanding of sports fan culture is a significant plus
