As a UX Designer or Concept Developer, you will be part of a cross-functional team focused on creating user-centered solutions. Your role includes developing design concepts, conducting needs analysis, and ensuring consistency and accessibility in digital interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Developing user-centered design concepts and visual prototypes
- Conducting needs analysis and user studies together with the business
- Ensuring consistency and accessibility in digital interfaces
- Working agilely with product owners, developers, and communicators
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in interaction design/UX design, or at least 12 years of relevant experience (for UX designer)
- At least 2 years of experience in a leading role in UI/UX design with a focus on user benefits (for UX designer)
- Education in graphic design, art, visual communication, or art direction, or at least 12 years of relevant experience (for Concept Developer)
Key Skills
- Several years of relevant experience in UX design or concept development
- Ability to work in an agile environment with product owners, developers, and communicators
- Experience with design processes in larger organizations
