The UX Designer will collaborate with product and business teams to create engaging user experiences and design intuitive user interfaces. They will conduct user research and usability testing, ensuring design consistency across platforms and maintaining design system documentation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into engaging user experiences
- Design intuitive user interfaces, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that align with brand guidelines
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback
- Create visually appealing assets — including graphics, storyboards, and motion visuals/videos for campaigns and digital products
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and bring design-led innovation to new projects
- Ensure design consistency across platforms and maintain design system documentation
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products or platforms
- Education - Any relevant bachelors or masters
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects (web, mobile, visual storytelling)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and prototyping tools
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and design systems
- Experience with motion design or video creation/editing is a plus
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills
- Exposure to branding, marketing campaigns, or social media design
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is an advantage
