Lead the design lifecycle from research to delivery, ensuring high-quality user experiences for B2C and B2B products. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to implement features and maintain a scalable design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design lifecycle: research, prototyping, testing, and delivery
- Maintain and evolve our Figma-based design system for white-label scalability
- Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers and Engineers to turn ideas into real features
- Use AI tools and data to make faster, smarter design decisions
- Manage external design resources when needed, ensuring consistency and quality
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product or UX/UI Design (preferably in SaaS or product environments)
- Strong Figma expertise (autolayout, variables, component properties, animation)
- Basic coding knowledge — enough to speak developer fluently
- Proven experience maintaining and/or building design systems
- A pragmatic, user-centered mindset that balances beauty with functionality
- Active use of AI in your workflow (research, ideation, or prototyping)
Key Skills
