Responsibilities
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand user needs and pain points.
- Prototype and iterate on design solutions based on user and stakeholder feedback.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to balance innovation and practicality.
- Contribute to the evolution of Preply's Design System.
- Participate in cross-functional discussions and workshops.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of Product Design experience.
- Experience building consumer-facing, mobile-first products with ongoing use.
- Experience in conducting and leading research, leveraging insights for product development.
- Strong communication skills to present work and engage stakeholders.
- Experience handing off work to engineers and fostering collective ownership.
- A portfolio showcasing design skills and experience.
