Senior Lead Product Designer

You will set the long-term design vision and lead large, end-to-end design projects across various product areas. Additionally, you will mentor designers and act as an ambassador for the Design team within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Set the long-term design vision and lead large, end-to-end design projects.
• Navigate tradeoffs and guide strategic decisions.
• Raise the bar for design craft and product excellence.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define and execute product strategies.
• Proactively address systemic challenges and create better conditions for teams.
• Act as a visible ambassador for Design.
• Mentor and level up designers across the discipline.

Requirements
