Hybrid Full-time Senior

The Product Designer will conduct user research to understand user behaviors and needs, translating findings into user flows and prototypes. They will collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure designs meet product requirements and advocate for user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, surveys) to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points
  • Translate product requirements and user research into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Create high-fidelity visual designs, including interface layouts, typography, color palettes, and iconography, ensuring consistency with InPost's brand guidelines and design system
  • Conduct usability testing throughout the design process to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible, meet product requirements, and are implemented effectively
  • Communicate design rationale and advocate for the user experience
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of InPost's design system and component library, ensuring consistency and scalability across products
  • Ensure designs adhere to accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG) and usability best practices

Requirements

  • Min. 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Designer, UI Designer, or UX Designer
  • Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Familiarity with role-specific tools and frameworks
  • Strong communication and collaboration
  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • Agile and/or Lean methodologies
  • Fluent English
  • Experience working in the logistics/e-commerce or related technology industries (plus)
