As a UI/UX Designer, you will shape user-centered digital experiences and collaborate with various teams to translate business goals into intuitive interfaces. Your role includes designing user flows, maintaining the design system, conducting user testing, and ensuring design feasibility.
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Maintain and expand our Design System and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Conduct or collaborate on user testing and integrate feedback into design improvements.
- Ensure high quality design handoffs with well structured components, auto layout, and variants in Figma.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Marketing) to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
- Translate product requirements and user insights into design solutions.
- Collaborate with UX Researcher as observer to gather direct feedback of user interface and translate insights from user studies into meaningful action.
- Adapt designs across a variety of platforms and form factors, understanding limitations of different platforms.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a product-based role.
- Proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, interactive prototyping, design system).
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and responsive design.
- Strong understanding of UI Hierarchy Visual.
- Experience working with developers and understanding of front-end feasibility.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven design decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Key Skills
