The Senior UI/UX Designer will take ownership of projects and drive impactful user experiences. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining design systems, optimizing user journeys, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Expertise in Design Systems – Ability to create and maintain scalable, reusable design components to ensure visual and functional consistency across projects.
- Strong User Flow Understanding – Capability to analyze, define, and optimize user journeys for seamless and intuitive interactions.
- Advanced UX Knowledge – Deep understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards to enhance user engagement.
- Prototyping & Interactivity – Proficiency in creating high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD.
- Strong Design Creativity – Ability to conceptualize and implement visually appealing, user-friendly, and innovative UI solutions.
- Developer-Ready Components – Experience in designing and delivering pixel-perfect, responsive, and component-based UI elements that are structured for seamless developer handoff.
- Capable of Owning Projects – Independent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
- Data-Driven UX Decisions – Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing feedback to refine design solutions.
- Collaboration & Communication – Ability to work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
- Expertise in building and maintaining design systems and scalable UI components.
- Strong understanding of user flow optimization and interaction design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and other industry-standard design tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Experience in conducting user research and implementing data-driven design improvements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of front-end development principles for effective developer handoff.
- Passion for design innovation and staying updated with industry trends.
