Design a wide variety of creative assets for different marketing channels and ensure all designs align with brand guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and manage feedback while delivering projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Designing a wide variety of creative assets, including digital communication visuals, print materials, presentations, banners, and more for different marketing channels.
• Working with different NordSecurity products.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
• Ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and meet quality standards.
• Staying on top of design trends.
• Contributing to the visual and creative direction by brainstorming, problem-solving, and pitching new concepts.
• Taking ownership of projects: managing feedback, balancing stakeholder needs, and delivering on time.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing design within digital product environments or creative agencies.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• A passion for design with an eagle eye for detail.
• A collaborative mindset.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and ownership skills.
• Comfort in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Key Skills

• Experience in working with and enhancing photographs, including photo editing and compositing skills.
• Familiarity with integrating AI image generative tools into your creative process.
• Understanding 3D visualization.
