The Home-Based Graphic Designer will create logos, digital artwork, and pre-production visuals that align with client branding. They will collaborate closely with clients to understand their creative direction and goals while managing multiple design projects efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Create logos, digital artwork, and pre-production visuals that align with client branding
- Apply and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design materials
- Edit photos, enhance visuals, and manage typesetting and layout designs
- Develop website mockups using compelling imagery and creative layouts
- Design product templates and recreate items using photos and specifications
- Review final layouts, make design recommendations, and apply client feedback
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their creative direction and goals
- Perform ad hoc design tasks related to branding, marketing, and visual communication
Requirements
- Portfolio Excellence – Demonstrates creativity and design versatility across various mediums
- Collaboration & Feedback – Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback to improve outcomes
- Design Mastery – Strong understanding of design principles, visual composition, and attention to detail
- Communication Skills – Clear and professional in collaborating with clients and teammates
- Time Management – Capable of balancing multiple design projects and meeting deadlines efficiently
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
- Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Knowledge of marketing, production, website design, packaging, and multimedia design
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
- Passion for design, with a keen eye for trends and innovation
