As a Graphic Designer, you will influence branding, content, and customer experiences across all channels. You will design and produce digital assets for campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling, on-brand assets.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and producing digital assets for campaigns, promotions, and product launches across multiple channels including web, email, social media, paid media (both static and animated), and retail environments — ensuring a seamless and engaging direct-to-consumer experience.
  • Collaborating closely with Brand, Marketing, and DTC teams to strategize, refine, and optimize both new and existing collateral.
  • Driving the full creative process, from ideation through to final execution, ensuring assets align with overall design strategy.
  • Partnering with the creative team to develop campaigns and maintain consistent brand standards by adhering to established guidelines.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline asset production, boost efficiency, and improve quality.
  • Providing support to fellow creative team members as needed.
  • Staying up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate creative output.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns and marketing collateral.
  • Professional experience with graphic animation and incorporating video into assets.
  • Proven ability to create across 360°/multichannel campaigns.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Strong production skills with an ability to take direction and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to fully understand project scopes and articulate design concepts clearly.
