Graphic Designer (Junior)

The Graphic Designer will shape the brand’s visual identity across multiple platforms and translate complex concepts into visually engaging materials. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design excellence and strategic intent in all creative outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own stewardship of Our client's brand across all media–internal and external–ensuring consistent application across assets
• Create visual content aligned to marketing content strategy and campaigns to engage internal and external audiences
• Stay abreast of creative and multimedia trends and apply them across campaigns
• Interpret briefs and translate concepts into high-quality visual executions
• Design and produce product explainers, corporate videos, and multimedia content
• Create and manage website landing pages in collaboration with the digital team
• Develop static and animated assets for digital campaigns, social media, and presentations
• Prepare print-ready materials (brochures, banners, event stands) and liaise with suppliers as needed
• Design and deliver reports, white papers, PowerPoint decks, and sales/training collateral that maintain brand consistency
• Manage event branding, including booth and pop-up banner designs
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
• Support A/B testing by producing creative variants
• Contribute to campaign ideation and creative brainstorming, aligning design with marketing objectives
• Stay current with design tools, technologies, and visual communication trends to continually elevate outputs
• Manage the creative process end-to-end across multiple platforms and tight timelines
• Coordinate and prioritize design requests from internal teams (Sales, Product, HR, Development)
• Build and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including printers and production vendors
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the marketing and communications team

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, multimedia, or digital design (agency or in-house)
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Experience with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Guidde) is desirable
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, layout, and storytelling
• Motion design or animation experience is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
