Graphic Designer

Create visual content for marketing campaigns and maintain brand consistency across all design work. Organize design files and manage production tasks such as submitting digital ads and coordinating print jobs.

Responsibilities

• Create visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and internal communications
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all design work
• Organize and manage design files, templates, and assets for easy access and version control
• Prepare and submit digital banner ads, including resizing and formatting as needed
• Coordinate print production: request quotes, prepare and send print-ready files, and ensure timely delivery
• Support senior designers and the Creative Manager with production tasks and revisions
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables
• Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a focus in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field; equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of strong portfolio showcasing design fundamentals (i.e. typography, layout, color) and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) required.
• Excellent organizational skills and a methodical approach to work required.
• Strong communication and time management abilities required.
• A positive personality and willingness to learn and follow mentorship required.

Key Skills

• Familiarity with Figma or other collaborative design tools
• Experience preparing files for print and working with vendors
• Basic understanding of digital ad specifications, limitations, and formats
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Comfortable using animation and video editing programs like Premier and After Effects
• Interest in contributing to company culture through ARGs (Associate Resource Groups) or similar initiatives
