Manage and maintain the dealer service tool catalog while ensuring accurate categorization and up-to-date part numbers. Lead the refresh and redesign of the catalog, collaborating with engineers and driving global communications for new tool releases.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the dealer service tool catalog, ensuring accurate categorization and up-to-date part numbers
- Own and update the dealer-facing website, including links and communication channels
- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer tool subscriptions
- Collaborate with engineers to highlight the value and importance of new tools
- Lead monthly global communications announcing new tool releases to dealers
- Drive the refresh and redesign of the catalog, bringing your creative expertise to modernize and improve usability
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Graphic Design
- Expertise in Adobe InDesign & Creative Suite
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a global mindset
- Experience managing large-scale catalogs or digital content libraries
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and dealer support teams
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Key Skills
