The Graphic Designer will design layouts for print and digital advertising assets and communicate with various teams to ensure accurate production. Additional duties include acquiring photography and maintaining design guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Design layouts for print advertising including weekly circular, direct mailers, ROPs, Point of Sale, and digital assets
  • Produce final art using Adobe Creative Suite software
  • Work closely with supervisors, Ad Planning, Sales Planning, and merchandising teammates
  • Uphold and maintain design guidelines and corporate branding standards
  • Coordinate information and direction provided by supervisors, Ad Planning, Sales Planning, and merchandisers
  • Proofread and make necessary revisions to advertising projects
  • Acquire photography via a variety of resources
  • Finalizes and releases advertising elements to Visual Communications Services, pre-press, and/or printers
  • Provide art direction to the photo studio as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Satisfactory performance reviews
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Associates degree in Graphic Design
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Mac OS knowledge and experience required with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
