Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant

Design communication and marketing materials in collaboration with the management team. Manage social media channels and develop innovative marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design of communication and marketing materials for the company, in collaboration with the management team.
- Bring a clear and creative vision to continuously enhance and translate our activities into engaging materials.
- Create visually compelling content and manage social media channels, including planning and optimization.
- Develop innovative and visually engaging marketing materials and explore new platforms and strategies.
- Act as a contact for departments and cross-divisional teams on communication and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Studies in Graphic Design, Communication Science, Media Science, Marketing and Communication, or similar disciplines.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to understand the professional context and collaboration requirements, as well as flexibility in adapting to different needs.
- Initial experience in marketing (preferably branding) and digital marketing (social media).
- Proficiency with design tools for print and digital media (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office).
- Strong creative and design skills; experience with digital tools, video production, and photography is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage projects from concept to execution.
- Fluent in English, including technical terminology.
- Team-oriented mindset and enjoyment in working within networks.
