The Graphic Designer will collaborate with other designers to produce brand, print, and digital design materials for internal and external communications. They will design high-end collateral for campaigns and events while providing conceptual design support for pitches.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with other designers to produce brand, print, and digital design materials for internal and external communications across EMEA
- Designs high-end collateral for campaigns and events, following brand guidelines while creatively enhancing visuals based on project needs
- Provides conceptual design support for pitches, including layout and presentation development, under guidance from senior team members
- Participates in brainstorming and theme development for bids, ensuring projects are completed from start to finish
- Offers flexible support to team members, especially under tight deadlines, contributing to a collaborative and responsive design environment
Requirements
- Strong creativity within brand guidelines, fresh ideas for bespoke pitches, excellent layout and typography, and multimedia design knowledge (video editing, motion graphics, animation)
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and general IT literacy; familiarity with CEROS, Infogram, Biteable; understanding of print production and ability to prepare print-ready artwork
- Bachelor’s degree in Design (or equivalent), 3–5 years of experience in brand and pitch design, with bonus points for experience in commercial property and working across EMEA
- Enthusiastic, inspiring, detail-oriented, eager to learn, tenacious, thrives in high-energy environments
- Strong communication skills, well-organized, able to multitask, works well independently and as part of a team
